Holiday Hanukkah Cookie Recipes! Oatmeal Cookies (Parve)
Preparation:

Ingredients:
1 cup margarine (parve), room temperature
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups rolled oats
2 cups of any combination of: raisins, craisins, pecans, chocolate chips

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Grease cookie sheets.
3. In a mixer, cream together margarine and sugars.
4. Add eggs and vanilla.
5. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking soda. Stir into batter.
6. Add the rest of the ingredients.
7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets or Try a Baking Stone for perfect evenly baked cookies.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
